However, research shows habits often take longer, on average, 66 days depending on complexity.

Why 21 Days Works

It serves as:

Mental anchor: A short enough period to feel within reach.

Momentum builder: A structured timeframe to establish consistency.

Focus driver: Encourages sustained attention on a specific behaviour.
