So Reader, Can I check something with you? Relaxing and slowing down is meant to be easy, right? Well, it's not been as smooth as I imagined. I'm coming up to 3 years of Make Your Habits, and my main reflection? I need to start living out part of my plan. The plan was to not work in August. To spend it with my family. So why is it so hard? I think the struggle right now is in defining what “off” or “slower” actually means. Is it: — Stopping everything — Logging off all social media — Skipping every event — Everything but coaching? In reality, it might just be: coaching only. I’ll keep you posted on what I decide—and how it feels. But I’d love to know… What does “off” or “slower” mean to you? |
